Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bajan
Developed by Indian Sages and originally taught to high priest and the Indian royal family as a powerful tool of self development. We will use pranayama (breath control), chanting, meditation and physical posture exercises as laid out to bring about specific effects.
We will be working with breath and posture to cleanse the body and develop a state of inner peace. Yoga strengthens and tones the body giving us a sense of wellbeing.
